I am one of four daughters born to James Edwin Duncan Jr and Kimberly Ann McMillan (Duncan). My father passed away on October 15, 1995 when I was only 6 years old. I was raised from that point on by my widowed mother, who to this day never remarried. After my father's passing I never really spent much time with the limited paternal family I knew on his side of the family. So I am trying to do some digging and learn more about that side of the family. Maybe even reconnect if possible.
My mother's side of the family was always quite closely connected and well documented with family history. But most my personal knowledge of that side goes back to my great-grandparents and their succession of the line.
What I do know on my fathers side is that my grandparents is that James Edwin Duncan Sr. was born January 13, 1935 in Leonard, Fannin, Texas (he later died on April 29, 1994 in Bountiful, Utah) and Betty Vvonne Jordan Duncan was born November 12, 1935 in Bluegrass, Clay County, Texas (she later died in March 2015, I believe, in Plainview, Texas).
