I have always loved history and visiting cemeteries is, literally, a walk through history. Some of my fondest memories is of going to Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, OH every Memorial Day, with my Mother and Grandmother, to plant geraniums on the family graves. After that was finished we would visit all the wonderful Victorian era graves and wonder what the stories were behind each one of the people buried there. Now, thanks to resources like Find a Grave and Family Search, we don't have to wonder, we can find out who they were and maybe gain insight into how they lived. Everyone's life deserves to be remembered and I hope to contribute to the telling of those stories.

Finally, thank you to all the awesome Find a Grave members who have done such a great job of documenting many of my own family members, your efforts are very appreciated and have helped inspire me to get involved!
