I started doing a family tree about 28 years ago. With my very busy life it as hard to find the time to do. I had a project after retirement to get all my photos scanned in and in photo albums. Never got started on it until COVID kept us home so much. Not an easy job as I am 1 of 14 children and my husband and I have 5 children together and 15 grandchildren and soon to have our 9th great grandchild. I had not put photos in albums for 18 years but I did get my photo albums all done and have been sharing them with extended family. All 23,000 on my side and 12,000 on my husband side of the house. Still working on writing names on all of them but winter is coming and I hope to get that done.

I also had a friend show me the best ways to do research for the family tree and "Find a Grave" was definitely one of those. I first looked at my Grandparents and was sad that none of their child was connected to them. So I have basically been working on getting my mother and her 8 siblings on their parents page, and the ball keeps rolling as I work my way through our family tree. I hope I can make a good contribution to the sight as I complete updating many sites between my family and my husband's.

I'm hope this tells you a little about me.
