Two weeks on this site and I love it even more then I did on day one. It's been pretty easy to navigate and I am comfortable enough to make memorials for my ancestors that are not currently listed on here.

I am noticing that picture requests can sit around for years so I am assuming there is not very many people out there just taking pics anymore or because no plot info is added to the majority of the requests they are just left open. I did claim my 1st request today, I plan to go up to my great grandmothers grave and noticed one of the requests had listed section 1 which is the section I will be in. Hopefully I can find the stone because the person asking has been waiting since 2014 :/

I also think I will start roaming the cemetery down the street from me and start claiming requests as I find the stones. It's a small cemetery so I figure if I make a list of the 28 requests for pics and just work 1-2 of the 8 small section's each week I should be able to find most of the stones as none of the requests have plot info listed.

I am currently looking for people on the my maternal side of my family under Stanhope, LaBatte, Gagnon, Bisno(Bazinet), Rock, Beauregard, Bernard, and Provost(Provo).
