I have been a genealogist for two years and began photographing graves in my local area to pay forward the favors of kind people in Poland. These people went out of their way to find and excavate the grave of my Great-Grandfather in Walcz, Poland using a 100 year old photo to locate the remains of the grave in a German Cemetery that operated there before WWII. I am hopeful to bring some of the joy they brought to me to others.
