Lydia Willis born July 18, 1812; Polly Willis born July 14, 1814; Hannah Willis & Elizabeth Willis (twins) born April 14, 1816 and Araunah Shaw Willis born Aug. 19,1818. Araunah Willis Sr. was named after a brother who had died a few years earlier. He is the son of Nehimiah & Hannah Willis. He had 9 siblings. His grandparents were Nehemiah Willis & Margarette Briggs Willis. Our records indicate that he and his family owned Cotton Mills on the Taunton River. Araunah's wife Lydia sold her interest in the mills when she followed her mother Betsey Round Shaw Jennings to Angelica NY following her husbands death. His son would been about 12 years of age when his father died at age 42y.3m 12d. His children married and lived their life out in Angelica NY. I am his great great great granddaughter.
