The Elba ClipperJuly 3, 1902DiedLast Friday Mrs. Chastine died at the home of her father, Mr. M.M. Jackson, near Alberton. It will be remembered that some weeks ago Mrs. Chastine was struck by lightening at her home in West Elba. She was immediately removed to her father's home, but never recovered from the lightening stroke.The remains were interred at Shiloh cemetery Saturday.She leaves a husband and three children, one of which is a baby about ten months old, to whom THE CLIPPER extends sincere sympathy.Transcribed by D.
