S. National Cemetery Interment Control Forms, 1928-1962. This form shows his birth date as Feb. 23, 1868. This form is QMC Form # 1287. Death date was Sept. 12, 1950. The GRAVE LOCATOR, Page 2, from MOBILE NATIONAL CEMETERY,in Mobile, Alabama, shows his birth date as Feb. 23, 1862.Great-grandmother, Rosa Lee is buried in the same grave, Section 7, Row Zero (0), Grave 2268. Her birth date was Feb. 16, 1881; death date, March 4, 1964.I am Charlotte Kelley, FAG # 48189046.
