Deb was the only daughter of Cliff and Shirley Foster whose graves are next to hers. Her older brother is Gary Eugene Foster. Early in her life Deb was found to be severely mentally handicapped. She lived with her parents for her entire life and was an important part of the entire family. She motivated me, her brother, to pursue a career in special education.
