Mrs. Annie Frances Washington Suttlar; beloved wife,mother, grandmother, great grandmother,aunt and cousin,a Yazoo City MS native was born October 20, 1929 and departed the physical plain of this earth on November 29,2012 and entered Heaven on December 3,2012. She was a wonderful cook and a great steamtress. Gone from us but never forgotten. Cherishing her memory always : 6 children; Debra, Annie Frances, Herbert III, Michael, Karen and Alice; 11 Grand Children; 19 Great Grand Children; 1 niece and a host of cousins and friends.
