VIOLET R. SAPP, 79, of Goldsbor-ough Road, Smyrna, died Wednesday at home. Mrs. Sapp was a member of Dover's Capitol Baptist Church and Dover Stroke Club. As a youth and young adult, she was active in 4-H and Capitol Grange 18 in the Dover area. Raised in the Camden, Del., area, she lived for many years in central New Jersey, including New Brunswick, Piscataway and Cranbury. In 19H0, she and her retired husband, William L. Sapp Sr., moved to a home they built in Smyrna. Her husband died in 1989. She is survived by a son, William L. Jr. of Howell, N.J., a daughter, Joan Leon of Smyrna, five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. A service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Capitol Baptist Church, 401 Kessering Ave., Dover, and friends may call from 7 fo 9 tonight in Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover.
