She was born July 26, 1909 in Kansas City, MO., to Prince Albert and Elothia "Ella" Earl. She was a long-time resident of Tulsa, OK., and a retired self-employed Beauty Operator. She was a member of the Brookside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Prince Albert and Elothia (Nichols) Earl; 2 brothers, Ray Earl; Harold R. Earl and 5 sisters, Bessie Swafford, Beulah Smith, Pauline Boyd, Inza Jewett, and Dorthy Dixon. She was also preceded in death by 1 daughter Shirley Mae Conway and 1 grandson, Darrell Sawyer. She will be cherished in loving memory by her husband of 53 years, Paul Annex of the home; 2 daughters, Cherie Wages and her husband Kenny of Tulsa, OK., Betty Cary and her husband Wayne of Gillham, AR; 2 sons, Walter "Tommy" Mickle and his wife Mary of Cleveland, OK., and David Annex and his wife Kathy of Tulsa, OK; 1 brother Jack Earl and his wife Rhea of Gary, IN. She will also be Cherished by her 12 loving grandchildren, Jimmy Mickle of Tulsa, OK., Chris Ann Pettibone, of Euless, TX., Valerie Lott of Cove, AR; Terry Everett of Gillham,AR; Tony Cary of Gillham, AR; Barbara Keller, Enid, OK; Tina Davis, Ada, OK; Laura Foster Pond Creek, OK., Sharla Borth Woodward, OK; Tonya and Dylan Annex of Tulsa, OK; and Michael Annex of Tulsa, OK. 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
