Esther Jordan & Elijah Morrison married Mar 27, 1849, Gilmer Co, GA (Bk 1, Pg 238). Two days later, Susan Jordan & John Morrison married Mar 29, 1849, Gilmer Co, GA (Bk 1, Pg 239).
Esther & Susan Jordan were daughters of Robert & Susan Jordan (spelled Jourden in 1850 Gilmer Co census).

Elijah & John Morrison were sons of James & Rachel Morrison. James & Rachel Morrison are buried at the old Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Pickens Co, GA. Local history says the Morrison family were the founders of Lebanon, the only Presbyterian church in early Gilmer or Pickens Co, GA.
