She was born the daughter of Wm. Scott and Mary Elizabeth (Mosby) Davis. She was married to Edward Sparrow on Aug. 3, 1903. They had three children Wm. Ralph, Nellie K.Stansbury Aders, and Leo R.(died in infancy). She married her second husband Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" Pannett on Dec.3, 1912. They had Clarence, Paul, Gayle Sabelhaus. She also had one stepson Harold C. Pannett.
