The names/spellings on the stone may differ from reality. If it says Maja, the person will be written as Maria nicknamed Maja (if she's really named Maria).
If it says Malin but her real name is Maria, she'll be written as Malin but with an added note in the bio. Other spelling examples may include: Walfred/Valfrid, Gustafva/Gustava, Hilmer/Hillmer.
Dates (and names) may differ between the stones and the SDI in the profiles. Assume the dates in the profiles (not on the stones) are correct unless noted otherwise.
Before the church there was a little stone chapel (8 ells long and 6 ells wide, slightly south of the church) both named after the area. The church was built about 1415 with additions in 1725 (15 ells long and 9 ells wide).
The chapel was demolished in 1650. The tower was built in 1804, to replace the bell tower west of the church, and the main building was reconstructed to its current size.
An almost square cemetery with the church in the middle with (currently) the oldest graves on the south side and the newest to the east. Hedges, trees and a low stone wall surrounds the cemetery with a wrought iron gate to the east.
