The cemetery is managed by Hillcrest Garden of Memory, Inc. There is an office at the far end of the cemetery. A sign at the office in April 2011 includes office hours Monday - Friday 10a-Noon & 1p-3p, a mailing address of PO Box 277, Hillsboro, TX, 76645, and a phone number of 254-582-9626. One Find A Grave contributor reports being able to get gravesite directions for a particular plot from the answering service that answered at the above number while the office was closed early on a Saturday afternoon in April 2011.
This cemetery uses only flat in-ground grave markers.
The cemetery name is located on brick columns on either side of the driveway. When entering the cemetery you will see the lovely sign on the brick wall with the flagpole behind the wall. There is a "Veteran Field of Honor" Section located at the back left corner, with many flags flying on the graves. There is a Crematorium on the property with many doors for inurnment. There is a Christ Statue on the property, and an office, and equipment barn. One special grave in the back left is completely covered and etched with an image and verse. This cemetery ground is blooming with flowers from most of the vases, so enjoy the colors and types of flowers. The property is clean and trees are located within the property lines. The front of the cemetery, along Hwy 22, is not fenced but is lined with continuous cedar trees. There are almost 3,000 burials in 2018.
