Emma M. Schaeffer, 92, of New Ringgold R.2, died Sunday in Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. She was the wife of the late Earl Schaeffer.
Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Amelia (Kruger) Blessing.
She was a member of the Lutheran congregation of Zions Union Stone Church, New Ringgold R.2.
Survivors: Daughters, Mrs. Edna P. Zimmerman of Kempton R.1, and Marion, wife of Gladwyn Smith of Coplay; sons, Norman D. and Carl F., both of New Ringgold R.2; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a a daughter Grace and sons, Leon and Jeremiah.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Snyders (Route 309). Call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday.
