Even as beautiful as she was women were rarely jealous of her because they loved her for her down to earth personality.

Tammy was born in Pueblo, Colorado to Edwin Myrton and Betty Lou (Jones) Snow. As a small child, she grew up in Canon City, Colorado with her three older brothers, Walter, Brad and Bryan Snow. She enjoyed dancing and cheerleading in Junior High and High School.
In her late teens, she married Daniel Brown and gave birth to Ryan Daniel Brown in Canon City, Colorado on July 15, 1977. Coming from a low-income family, she worked hard at various local retail stores to gain financial security.
She also was the first generation in her family to go to college.
She divorced Daniel Brown and remarried in 1980 to Rock Jenkins.
On July 26, 1981 she gave birth to Heather Marie Jenkins in Greeley, Colorado. She began working at EFTC (Electronic Fab Technology Corp.) in Greeley in her mid-twenties and continued into her late 30's until she moved to Littleton. She was a responsible worker with an excellent work ethic. She worked her way up through the company and became a well liked supervisor.
In 1992, she divorced Rock Jenkins and she worked hard to support her two children.
Tammy learned that she had to deal with her challenges but enjoy her life at the same time. Those who know her would probably say that she played just as hard as she worked.
In 1997, Tammy moved to Littleton and lived there for three years. She worked at Visicom Technologies in Golden, Colorado as a supervising manager.
In the year 2000, Tammy decided to live her dream. Her company was liquidating and she decided she wanted to move to Mexico. She was always partial to Mexico because of the people, relaxing atmosphere, fun, the ocean and of course the sun.
So, she sold her Townhouse, packed up and moved to the island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
It was a quiet place by day and fun by night - just the way she liked it. She enjoyed the last three years of her life to the fullest. She was relaxed, happy and at peace.
On July 13, 2003 she was murdered by a robber who broke into her apartment and she died at the age of 46. The murderer was caught and sent to a Mexican Prison.
The very first Island memorial mass was held at the Marina where she lived on the island. As the locals gathered and a little girl read a tibetan prayer, the sky filled with beautiful luminous hues of bright oranges and reds. Tammy was very fond of sunsets, so this incident wasn't taken lightly. You can see pictures of the sunset that broke out during the ceremonyhere
She will always be missed and never forgotten. May her spirit fly free and may she always rest in peace.
She was survived by her Mother Betty Snow, a Daughter Heather Jenkins, a son Ryan Brown, three brothers and four nieces and one grand daughter.
