He was the son of Robert A. and Christina (Keller) Baker Sr.
William was a member and altar server at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Gettysburg. He was a junior at Gettysburg High School and was employed at McDonald's. William was a member of the Adams County Fish & Game Association.
He is survived by his parents; a sister, Shanna C. Baker of Gettysburg; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Keller of Gettysburg; and paternal grandmother, Hazel Baker of Hanover.
