Florence Yvonne Worthen England (Bonnie) was born September 10th, 1928, to Florence Brown Ottley and Leo Calvin Worthen. She was the oldest of their three children.

Since birth, she was called by her middle name, Yvonne, which soon got turned into "Bonnie."

When she was sixteen, she met the love of her life, Kenneth England. Ken's older sister Fern and Bonnie's mother decided that the two needed to meet, and set up a dinner at Fern's house where both were invited. The matchmaking venture was successful.

She married Ken two years later on November 12, 1946. It was her parents' 19th wedding anniversary and her grandparents' 46th wedding anniversary. Together they had five children.

Kenneth passed away just after Christmas in 1994. For nearly thirteen years after, she still often thought about her husband and how much she missed him. One of the many mementos she kept was a stuffed animal cat with a motorcycle jacket and sunglasses in memory of him, which she affectionately called "Kenneth."

Bonnie loved caring for her flowers and plants. She was strong and independent, constantly searching for ways to teach her children and grandchildren how to be honorable, dependable people and to stand up for who they were.

Bonnie was a wonderful woman with a great sense of humor. The love and laughs that she and Ken shared together can never be matched. They set good examples for their children and were very much looked up to.

In her later years, Bonnie became dependant on a wheelchair to get herself around when the strength in her legs left her. However, she was still brave and able to take care of herself.

Still, her health began to fail even more so, and in the end, Bonnie was happy to pass on and return to her husband, who had been waiting for almost thirteen years.

Bonnie passed away comfortably at home on August 17th, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a grandson Wade, and a granddaughter, Candice.
