Lorna L. (Baumgarten) Pelton, age 90 of Baraboo, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 1994 at St. Clare Meadows Care Center.
Lorna, the daughter of George and Frieda (Riggert) Hasz, was born on December 28, 1903 in Loganville. She was married to Edwin Baumgarten in 1927. He preceded her in death in June of 1947. She later married Frank Pelton in 1953, who also preceded her in death in 1954. Lorna had been employed as an inspector at the Reedsburg Woolen Mills, and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Baraboo.
She is survived by two children: Richard (Hope) Baumgarten, Connie Kramer; four grandchildren: Kurt Baumgarten, Debra (Dennis) Petersen, David (Mary) Kramer, Daniel (Marcie) Kramer; seven great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; and a brother, Rheinhart Hasz.
Funeral services were held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Baraboo. Burial followed in St. Peter's Cemetery in Loganville.
