Phillip was a unique fixture around the Antelope Valley area -for decades you might see him riding his bicycle down your street or see him chatting up a resident at one of the local grocery stores or parks. He was special in many ways -he was "our Phillip". For those residents who occasionally made light of Phillip's handicap, I ask that we/they be forgiven and that Phillip and his family know he was special in our community and much loved. Bike on Buddy!
