US Congressman. Elected to represent Nebraska's 5th District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1929 to 1931. Also served as a Member of the Nebraska State House of Representatives in 1907, and 1917, Member of the Michigan State House of Representatives in 1916, Member of the Nebraska State Senate in 1919, and Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska from 1923 to 1925.
