Entertainer, Theater Director, Lyricist. Born Harry Johansson, he later became ”Hagge Geigert” to his Swedish audience. He was concidered one of Sweden´s most popular entertainers from the 1950s on to his death. A ”King of Revues,” who discovered many of Sweden´s popular singers and actors in the genre, as well as a celebrated lyricist and comedy playwright. For many years he ran Lisebergsteatern (The Liseberg Theatre) in Gothenburg and was a frequent talk show host on TV as well. He also took a stand against nazism and racism, and lived through periods with constant threat.
