Nancy Geraldine Adams, age 70, of Evening Shade passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at the White River Medical Center. She was born December 18, 1941 at Jonesboro to Homer and Edna Mae Shaw Needham. Mrs. Adams worked 24 years with the city of Jonesboro Sanitation Department.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifton Adams; a daughter, Brenda Holt; a son, Fredrick Holt; a brother, Freddie Needham; and a sister, Janice Ward.
Survivors include her two sons, Tommy Mitchell and Buddy Earl Mitchell both of Evening Shade; six grandchildren; and a sister, Linda Kelly.
All funeral services will be private. Service arrangements by Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
