My Name is Kathy Eckelberry, I was born in Illinois. My birth parents are Phillip and Marjorie Kaveney. I was put up for adoption when I was 6 weeks old. My adoptive parents are Albert & Joan Specht. I had a wonderful childhood in Elmhurst, Illinois. I married my husband James Eckelberry in October 1988 in Naperville, IL. We moved to Florida about 23 years ago and became very interested in geneology. We have been researching both sides of our families. The family names we are researching are Eckelberry and all variations, Kitterman, Specht, Rittman, Wallace, Russell, Emler and many more.
