Please note: I am sorry to have to post this, but in response to the recent blatant theft, misuse and posting of many of my photos on other commercial websites including Ancestry.com:

"I AM THE SOLE OWNER AND COPYRIGHT HOLDER OF ALL MEDIA I HAVE POSTED AND I DO NOT GIVE ANY PERMISSION TO RE-POST, COPY OR TRANSMIT ANY OF MY BIOGRAPHIES, PHOTOS OR OTHER MEDIA ELSEWHERE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AND AFFIRMATIVE PERMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED."

Update 1/1/2015: From this date on, when I find a stolen photo of mine on Ancestry - after it is removed from the offending tree(s) - I will delete the corresponding photo from the Findagrave memorial. This is in response to the many, many people who think it is ok to use my photos without asking permission. I have never refused to allow someone to use my photos if they ask first and then give credit.

While many of you may think this is selfish on my part, firstly I OWN the photos that are stolen, hence I can do with them as I please. Secondly, the ones that are truly selfish are those who take without bothering to ask first. They are the ones that are ruining it for everyone.

I am happy to correct and/or transfer memorials to those that ask if they are not part of my direct family. I only ask for that consideration in return.
