Bio

I'm addicted to genealogy and have been researching my family history for many years now. I leave a little yellow, St. John's Wort, flower on each of my family member's memorial pages. Blue Burst flower on my husband's family member's pages.

I've had a lot of help throughout the years while on my journey – from close relatives; from those more distantly related who are also researching the same lines; from those not related at all who offer their time to do lookups in various counties and states; from those who donate their time to transcribe records to be posted online, as well as photos; from staff working at different libraries and other locations where records are maintained. I want you all to know that I sincerely appreciate everything that all of you do and have done not only to help me but for so many others sharing this passion both now and in the years to come. It's been an amazing journey and one that is far from over.

This is a team project as well as a labor of love. I'm more than happy to add information or correct any information to any of the memorial pages that I've created or maintain. If you'd like a transfer please use the edit button on that memorial page and then the suggest a correction link to do so… it doesn't necessarily matter if it's for someone from my family tree I am not immortal and will not be around forever .. I want the information posted to be available for anyone choosing to look for it. It's important to remember and cherish those that you descend from.

Please feel free to copy any photos that I personally have posted. Before there was a grave there was a living person who consisted of more than a few dates and places. I'd love to see some type of bio and a photo of that person on each of my memorial pages as well as the cemetery photos.

Save a life or lives, adopt a family member through rescue groups and shelters!
