My interest in "paying it forward" started after I found a record of one of my ancestors on Find a Grave. This led me on an entirely new branch of genealogical discovery. I soon became a volunteer photo taker and then branched out to photographing entire cemeteries.

I think it is important to document history and it is unfortunate that many stones are so worn away that they can't be read, or there is other damage to the stone that makes the documentation of that person's history incomplete.

Find a Grave is an astounding phenomenon! Feel free to use photos I have taken. Please ask if you would like a memorial transferred to you for management or tell me if there is additional info I can add to the memorial. My goal is to improve accuracy and to give someone else that needed leg up in their genealogical research.
