Duchess of Lorraine. Only daughter of Emperor Otto I. and his first wife Edith of Wessex. In 947 she married Konrad "the Red", Duke of Upper-Lorraine. The marriage was very unhappy. They only had one child but that was enough that she is considered to be the progenitrix of the Salian dynasty.
