His early life was spent on his father's farm near the Antietam battlefield. In 1891, he was married to Lelia McComb.
Mr. Roulette and his family are members of the Reformed Church at Sharpsburg, in which he has always taken an active interest and which he served for many years as deacon and elder.
The body will be brought to Sharpsburg today. Funeral Saturday morning.

Relatives here received news of the death Thursday of ULYSSES SHERIDAN ROULETTE, 53 years old, a merchant, in New York. He was the son of the late Daniel and Elizabeth Roulette, Sharpsburg, and brother of Col. Joseph C. Roulette, Hagerstown, and B.F. Roulette, Sharpsburg. The body will be buried at Sharpsburg, where he was born.
