Mrs. Lillian Daley, 74, mother of Senator Richard J. Daley, Democratic Minority Leader of the Illinois State Senate, died last night in her home after an attack of heart disease. Senator Daley Arrived from Springfield shortly before his mother's death. She is survived by her husband Michael, a sheet metal worker, a brother and 5 sisters.
Lillian Dunne Daley, late of 3536 Lowe avenue, beloved wife of Michael J. Daley; loving mother of Sen. Richard J. Daley; fond daughter of the late Richard Dunne and Mary Jane Forrestal Dunne; beloved sister of Mrs. Catherine Smith, Mrs. Genevieve Tyrell, Edward Dunne, Mrs. Josephine Dunkle, Mrs. Sadie Sullivan, and Mrs. Edna Janis; dear grandmother of Patricia, Mary Carol, Eleanor, Richard and Michael Daley. Member of Nativity Altar and Rosary Society. Interment Holy Sepulchre.
