Mrs. Harry Dow of Milaca died at the Northwestern hospital on Sunday, December 22, from pneumonia which followed influenza.
Funeral services were conducted at the home of Otto Henschel in Princeton on Tuesday afternoon by Rev. Knaus of Milaca, and the remains were laid to rest in Oak Knoll cemetery.
Mrs. Dow, whose maiden name was Anna C. Balfanz, was born in Glencoe on November 4, 1892. She was married on June 17, 1914, to Harry Dow, who with a daughter 3 years old, survives her. She also leaves her father, mother, seven brothers and seven sisters.
Mrs. Dow was a kind, christian woman, an affectionate wife and a loving mother. Her memory will be long cherished by a large number of friends.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to those who so kindly assisted them during their bereavement.
