Death of H. Harrison

Harris Harrison, colored, died at 6 o'clock this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Orley Bolden, 1110 Cottonwood Street.

Harris Harrison was born July 11, 1834, in New Madrid, Mo. He had lived in Emporia 21 years. Mrs. Harrison died in 1917. He is survived by two sons, William Harrison, of Kirkville, Mo., and Joseph Harrison, of Keokuk, Iowa, and a daughter, Mrs. Orley Bolden, of Emporia. Mr Harrison was a member of the Friends Church, of Marshalltown, Iowa.

Funeral arrangements have not been made.

FUNERAL OF H. HARRISON

Funeral services for Harris Harrison, colored, who died Monday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Orley Bolden, 1110 Cottonwood Street were held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Bolden home. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery.
