SMITH, Elmer Logan Jr. went to be with the Lord on Dec. 8, 2012. He was born in Marion, Illinois on May 4, 1926, and moved to Seminole, FL in 1968. He passed away at the VA Hospice at Bay Pines, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He is survived by 3 sons, Greg, Kevin & Mark; 1 daughter, Brenda Vinson; 9 grandchildren; & 1 great-grandchild. Public visitation will be Dec. 11th, from 10-11 am, services follow at 11 am at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home. Internment with military honors will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Clearwater.
