JANESVILLE - Dorothy Payne Kovars Anderson, age 66, of 1222 S. Jackson Street, Janesville, died on Friday, October 22, 1993 at Caravllla. She was born on September 12, 1927 in Boscobel, Wisconsin, the daughter of Eldon and Grace (Pullen) Payne. She married Harold Kovars In 1947; he died In 1975. She married Clifford Anderson In 1978. Dorothy resided at Darlen, Wisconsin from 1957 to 1971 and In Beloit from 1971 until 1978 when she moved to Janesville. She was employed for four and one-half years at the Walgreen Drug Store in Beloit. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Clifford Anderson of Janesville; two daughters, Judith Kovars of Janesville and Katherine Poff of Belolt; two grandchildren, Terry and Annette Poff; three brothers, Donald Payne of Monroe, Wisconsin, Arnold Payne of Verona, Wisconsin and Leo Payne of Copperas Cove, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded In death by her parents; a brother, Kenneth; and a sister, Loretta Asherbrenner. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 1993 at the ASBURY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH with Reverend Duane Andrus officiating. Burial will be at Eastlawn Cemetery, Belolt. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME, 1800 East Racine Street, Janesvllle.
