She was listed as, Margaret Boyles, a widow, age 43, born in Virginia, and her children listed were; John W. Boyles, age 17, Tracy Boyles, age 13, Fannie M. Boyles, age 10, Jane Boyles, age 7, and Margie Boyles, age 4, all were listed being born in North Carolina.

According to her death certificate her full name was Margaret Boyles, a white female, a widow, aged 60 years, 6 months and 21 days. She was born May 10, 1886 in Carroll County, Virginia, and died December 1, 1946 at 5:00 p.m. in her home in Pine Hurst, Mineral Springs Township, Moore County, North Carolina. Cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage. Her husband was list as, Witt Boyles, and her parents William & Fannie (Lewis) (should read Gunter) Culler. Burial was listed as being in the Beulah Hill Cemetery. The informant was John W. Boyles of Norman, North Carolina.
