Major League Baseball Player. He was a right handed pitcher and outfielder, mnaking his debut with the Wilmington Quicksteps on August 18, 1884. For seven seasons, he played for Wilmington Quicksteps (1884), Detroit Wolverines (1885), Philadelphia Quakers (1886 to 1889) and Syracuse Stars (1890). He ended his career pitching 96 wins, 90 loss, 14 shutouts, 743 strikeouts, with a 3.18 earned run average and batted .162 with 115 hits and 51 runs batted in.
