PROVIDENCE -- James M. "Jim" Humphrey, 86, of Campbellsville, Ky., formerly of Providence, died Friday, March 21, 2003, in Green County, Ky. He was a retired pharmacist and a World War II Navy veteran. Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Masters and Jane Blevins; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Monday at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville, Ky., with burial in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. CST Sunday at Melton Funeral Home in Providence. Friends may also call from 10 a.m. EST to service time Monday at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville, Ky.
