Alonzo C. Brooks, 77, of 343 South Main street, died in St. Mary's hospital at 9:30 a.m. today. He had been in the hospital for several weeks.
He was born March 10, 1859. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. E.E. Alling of Ft. Louis, Wash. and a son, H.C. Brooks of Hammond, Ind.
The body was taken to the Moran & Sons funeral home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, pending the arrival of the family.
