Frederick John Mace passed away on May 30, 1995 in Lebanon, NH. He was born in Capleton, Quebec, Canada on September 17, 1911; the son of Fred H. and Eva (Rule) Mace.

He had resided in Cornish, NH since 1987, moving there from Wilder, VT.

He was a clothing salesman working for the Merit Clothing Store in Claremont, NH, calling on families in the Upper Valley. Later he worked for Dartmouth College, retiring in 1973.

He was s communicant of St Francil of Assisi Church in Windsor, VT.

He attended schools in Hartford, VT.

He married Florence LaBelle on June 11, 1934 in White River Jct, VT who preceded him in death on March 3, 1968.

He was briefly married to Lena LaBelle before she passed away.

He married Margaret Alice (Rock) Duval on September 8, 1980 in Wilder, VT.

He is survived by his wife, three daughters Shirley Rousseau of Granby, MA, Carol Taylor of Madbury, NH, and Jsne Bouzoun of Enfield, NH; two stepsons Lawrence "Larry" Duval of Cornish and Paul Duval of Enfield; one stepdaughter, Donna Terrien of Concord, NH; seven grandchildren, four step grandchildren, two great grandchiildren; four brothers Forest Mace of Enfield, Gordon Mace of Quechee, Arnold Mace of Hartland, VT, and Chester Mace of Rutland, VT; five sisters Audrey Hadlock and Jessie Miles both of White River Jct, Frances Mosher of Bennington, Charlotte Durkee of Thetford, VT and Joyce Davis of Newport, NJ; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Interment will be in Mt Olivet Cemetery in White River Jct.
