David Robbins is the son of Nathaniel Robbins and Mary Coolidge. We do not know when and where Col. Robbins died. We believe he may have gone with the Thomas West family to Ohio, as their daughter Lucy West Robbins marries there in 1819. Col. Robbins lived in Montpelier, Vermont, and was the first town merchant in 1796. There is actually quite a bit of info. on him living in this town.
