Mrs. Estella V. Tate, aged 81 of Clarksville died Wednesday January 27 1993 at Clarksville Retirement Center. She was an native of Johnson county, widow of E. W. Tate, daughter of the late Solomon and Darus Mays Davis and affiliated with Trinity Chapel Pentocostal Church of God.
She is survived by one daughter, Mabel Skaggs of Farmington; six sons, Malcolm Tate, of Oark, Lonnie Tate and Ernest Tate, both of Clarksville and Ted ( T.O.)Davis of California; 18 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m., Jan 30 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Freeman officiating. Burial was in the Patterson Springs Cemetery at Oark. Pallbearers were Dallas Skaggs, Ruble Tate, Douglas Tate,Cully Tate,
