"The graves of abolitionist John Brown and many other members of the Harper’s Ferry party can be found near Brown’s farmhouse in North Elba. Three members of John Brown’s family, however, are buried in the North Elba Cemetery: daughter Ellen, daughter-in-law Martha, and grandson Frederick."
