He was born April 21, 1945, in Washington, a son of the late Andrew and Veronica Mass Williams.
With more than 30 years of service, he worked in maintenance for West Agro Inc. in Eighty Four until his retirement.
Mr. Williams enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, fishing and playing bingo.
On December 24, 1967, he married Jo Etta Agostoni Williams, who survives.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Joe Agostoni (Penny) of Bentleyville; two daughters, Billie Jo Williams (Steve) of Roscoe and Jessie West (Brandon) of Ellsworth; four grandchildren, Chelsea and Shelby Agostoni, Travis Pergola and Michael Wamsley; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the last of his immediate family.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are four brothers, Butch, Charlie, Danny and George Williams, and two sisters, Mary Presto and Alice Marshman.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday in Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 1.
