Ora Josephine Riggins, 87, of Thornton Place, who died Wednesday, was a lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama. She was a member of Canterbury Methodist Church.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
Surviving are four daughters; three sons; a brother, Carl G. Bailey of Birmingham; four sisters, Susie Hallman and Elizabeth Ford, both of Birmingham, Estelle DeShazo of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Mamie Skinner of Miami, Florida.
