BAZINE - Siegfried (Pief) Langholz, 71, died
Monday at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita.
Born Oct. 24, 1905 at Morgan, Minn., he
married Leora Meyers June 19, 1927 at Bazine.
He was a retired painter and cream station
operator, and lived here since 1921.
He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran
Church, Bazine.
Survivors include widow; sons: Marvin,
Phoenix, Ariz.; John, Mulvane; brothers:
Dr. C.T., Columbus, Ohio; Victor, Kent,
Wash.; sisters: Mrs. Martha Kolm,
Loveland, Colo.; Mrs. Emma Foos, Bazine;
14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the
church; Rev. Ted Fosdick. Burial will
be in Bazine Cemetery. Family suggests
memorials to the Heart Fund in care of
Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City.
