Dies In Hospital
At North Platte
Mrs. Ernest Uhlig, 78, Sutherland, died Sunday morning in a North Platte hospital.
She was born Oct. 9, 1878, at Shickley. For a number of years the Uhlig family lived on a farm southwest of Eustis and moved to Sutherland in 1923. She was a member of the Sutherland Presbyterian church, and OES, Platte Valley Chapter No. 305 of Sutherland.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest; one daughter, Mrs. Roy C. Woodman of Denver; one sister, Mrs. Nora Westrope of Okemah, Okla.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at the Adams and Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte Wednesday with graveside services and burial at the Farnam cemetery, Farnam, Nebr.
