Miriam A. Welsh, 75, East Third Street, died Monday, Dec. 17, 1990, in Lake Haven Manor. She was born in Nashwauk and had lived in Duluth most of her life. She had worked for the Board of Trade. Her husband, Phillip E., died before her. Surviving are two sisters, Phyllis Nelson of North Hollywood, Calif., and Elaine Head of Anaheim, Calif.; and a brother, Dean Bossuet of Des Moines, Iowa.
