Jean G. Greiss, 85, of Topton, formerly of Mertztown, died May 2, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the widow of Paul R. Greiss, who died January 12, 2010. Born in Longswamp Township, she was a daughter of the late Warren A. and Neida V. (Yoder) Reppert.

Mrs. Greiss was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton, where she formerly served as a member of the Alter Guild. She was employed as a nurse's aide by The Lutheran Home at Topton for 22 years, retiring in 1989. Prior to that, she was employed as a sewing machine operator by the former Royal Manufacturing, Alburtis. Mrs. Greiss was a member of the Topton Women's Club. She was also part of a bowling league for many years.

Survivors include daughter, grandson, and great-grandson. Interment will be in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown.
